Our four rooms are provided with all comforts such as: en-suite bathroom, heating and air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, panoramic terraces and private parking for cars, motorcycles or bicycles.
Location
You will find the ideal location both for a romantic holiday in a quiet and private environment, and for a business trip. You can enjoy the wonderful view overlooking the city and the old town while sipping an aperitif at sunset or you can relax and regenerate body and spirit in our whirlpool.

Excursions
We will personally take you on fascinating and fun guided tours by electric bikes (city bike / mountain bike) with different itineraries to
admire the old town, the oasis of the pink flamingos, Poetto beach, secret coves, ancient towers and the lighthouse in the Gulf of Cagliari.

AREA
We are located in the district of San Benedetto, a stone's throw from the historic district of Villanova. Those who stay with us will have the opportunity to leave their car or motorcycle safely in our private parking and go on foot, to stroll and shop along the shopping streets of Via Dante, Via Garibaldi and Via Manno. We are also very close to the clinic of Villa Elena and that one of Sant'Anna, the Opera House in front of the T -Hotel, the Conservatory of Music and the Historic Market of San Benedetto.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served on the terrace on the ninth floor, and it’s is a feast for the eyes and the palate, with many fresh and genuine products that we prepare for our guests every morning
