S' Apposentu de Iaia - ShardanApartments (code IUN F11164) is a detached house located in the heart of the historic center of Iglesias dating back to 1700. S'Apposentu de Iaia his name "the grandmother’s room" in memory and in memory of a special person: my grandmother. The house is located near the Pisan walls, used in the past to protect the city. The house fully renovated from top to bottom, consists of two floors, ground and first and is equipped with all the main modern facilities.

On the ground floor is the living room with a beautiful wall with exposed stones decorated with gray pearl to give a reminder of ancient and old customs of past life of our ancestors, then the kitchen fully available to our guests with all the main appliances such as kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc... and the bathroom with the main and modern amenities. The spiral staircase leads us to the bedroom equipped with a velux window.
