The house is 5 minutes from the center, where all summer events take place (street shows, concerts, tastings, entertainment, traditions and folklore, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, happy hours, pubs, discos, shopping, etc.). The beaches can be reached by car or by shuttle bus in about 10 minutes, and in half an hour by foot.
House on 2 levels with independent entrance, thermo-conditioned: on the first floor two double bedrooms, one with a small terrace with a panoramic view, equipped with a table to enjoy a pleasant aperitif at sunset; the other with a small balcony.
On the ground floor there is the living room with a kitchenette, bathroom, and terrace where you can enjoy a sweet breakfast and dinner outdoors, overlooking the green area.
